I have my doubts, as I honestly don't think I need help, but I have to go see the doc when I get back from holiday anyway, so it's something I can think about until then, and I will think about it.

Yeah. An hun, you only think you dont need help because you are to use to things now. You got nothing to lose so go for it. And stop trying tot alkyourself out of it with the whole "Im fine speech!" Dont let it ruin your holiday, but be proud of yourself for even thinking about it. That takes courage on its own. i went to the doctor (on friday) and got a referal to a psych next door to the doctors clinic. and i've maintained an almost healthy body weight for about 2months and i'm not feeling numb anymore! (dont know if thats a good thing or not though...)
