I am currently:

Been diagnosed with very few things actually. Anxiety and Depression (coupled... somehow?), and OCD.
If I were to go to the doctor, I would be diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa. The health/counselor lady is pushing for this.
I don't see why having it written on a piece of paper will change anything. Yet she seems set on 'formal diagnoses'

i agree hun
i think the labels you end up with depend very much on what you say/ how you act on the day you see the doctor/mental health professional
i have depression and anxiety and SAD
but my anxiety is all but eradicated by my medication
and they never addressed the eating stuff i used to have because i refused to talk about it. meh.
labels arent particularly helpful unless the radically affect the help you're offered/meds etc

^ Exactly... The lady I see considered me EDNOS for aggges because I refused to talk to her about everything... As soon as I told her the details, she said I was anorexic...
What does it matter? It's still 'an issue to do with food'... why for the big names?!

iv got social anxiety disorder, and anxiety disorder and depression and Seasonal affective disorder i only get that in the summer though
