Got up at 4am to finish this stupid essay.
4.45 decided to have a can of Pure Rush.
Now I'm sat here bouncing from side to side going 'nya nya nya nya nya nya nya nya nya nya nya' under my breath.
I also can't concentrate. Gah!

Right... it's the big push to the finish - the final uber-scary life-or-death assessment is on Wednesday. I CANNOT sleep until then.
I've just bought some stuff called Rockstar from Sainsbury's.

Okay... I could be a bit of a convert. Had my can of Rockstar a couple of hours ago and it woke me up, I've been all focussed and productive (typing like a maniac) and I don't actually feel too horrendous - a bit shaky but nothing like as bad as the effects I've had drinking Red Bull (shakes, headache, nausea.)
18 hours to go

Went out afterwards to celebrate, had 5 pints on an empty stomach. Bad idea.
