@ anna it's just my aunt, tonight i got a memory triggered of what she did a few weeks ago & now i'm close to having a panic attack & ugh i'm gonna loose it if i have to face her ever again.

I can talk here. I'm just so frusterated cause all my life I've been blaming my mom for hurting me with emotional abuse, but I realised tonight that it's been my aunt. The way my aunt treats me, tries to control me, tried to make me loose weight when I had to live with her & never gave me love, just kept pushing me to excerise. She acts like I'm a mistake & a disgrace to the family. She's the reason I have mental issues like SH & low self-esteem.

A couple weeks ago? If I was talking about my aunt than yeah. She needs counsling, she split with her husband & has taken it out on me & my mom. She's hard with her daugther, her daughter was forced to grow up fast & take care of things on her own. Thank God I only lived with her for two months. She's said somethings to me that I will never forgive her for. All I know is that when I start counsling I'm going to prove to my aunt that she has hurt me & I'm done with it. I will get the last word. Thanks for listening it means alot. *hugs* ♥
