i've just been getting all wound up about stupid camhs. i'm worrying the docotr will turn round at the meeting tomorrow and tell me that of course i feel worthles, because i am and i should just go away and die. i don't want him to say that. i know he wouldn't, logically, i suppose i'm scared one day someone will believe me when i tell them the things i believe about myself. and that makes me want to do something drastic, to prove to myself... that i'm normal, sort of. i know, i'm retarded

Glad your feeling a lil better Ian and that the Rant thread helped you, sometimes it can be helpful to write that nasty stuff about us out so we can get rid of it in a reasonably healthy way.
Well its nearly midnight here, so really I should go to bed soon but i dunno. Umm but today met up with my crest worker and we went for a walk along the river, was nice and peaceful. How about you, what you getting up to today?
