We need never be hopeless, because we can never be irreparably broken
This month I have seen Anaal Nathrakh, Papa Roach and VNV Nation.
coming up I have:
Billy Talent, Damnation Festival, Green Day and Cannibal Corpse.
6 gigs and 1 day festival in October.
I then also have:
Bring me the Horizon, The Cruxshadows, Hollywood undead, Grendel, Faderhead and The Gallows.
Let me be the one you call
If you jump i'll break your fall
Lift you up and fly away with you into the night
If you need to fall apart
I can mend a broken heart
If you need to crash then crash and burn YOU'RE NOT ALONE
Something has changed within me, something is not the same, I'm through with playing by the rules of someone elses game. Too late for second guessing, too late to go back to sleep, its time to trust my instincts, close my eyes and leap....
Somethings I cannot change, but till I try I'll never know...

Big hugs to all my friends on here, thanks for your constant support - love you guys
Oh my goodness honey you ok?
Is there no chance you can travel and do a different date?

I saw Jesu at Damnation festival on Saturday, they were really amazing, the entire atmosphere was perfect, the venue had a glass ceiling so could see out into the night, it had a stone floor with steps towards to back where I was sitting and they had a video backdrop of forests, It really felt like I was watching them outside.
Anyways I also saw Green Day on Monday. I am terrible at taking pictures but as you can tell I got close.

last week was awesome, funeral for a friend the wednesday, Frank Turner on the thursday and Billy Talent on the Friday. Billy talent were absolutely amazing, and they opened with my favourite song off the new album which was ace. Ive wanted to see them for years but always missed out. I was so happy i nearly cried, well worth the wait!
Rise against supported by thursday in a few weeks, then i have no gigs left.
Also Green Day tickets go on sale for their stadium tour tomorrow, shall be doing the Manchester date

First gig: It was one of those ones in Glasgow that Steps was meant to be at..
Worst gig: " " " " "
Best gig: Madstock
Last gig: Bowling For Soup
upcoming gigs: Perhaps going to see Hayseed Dixie next year....?
Should be seeing Tori Amos on Wednesday. I say 'should be' because it's a free gig with only 300 wristbands being given out. I'm camping outside HMV overnight with my friends though, so will hopefully get mine! It'll be my 5th Tori show this year. So excited!!
I don't have anything else lined up so far, although I'm taking my eight-year-old niece to see Miley Cyrus in a couple of weeks. Kill me now, please...

How did you get on the guest list?!
Did you enjoy the gig? I think it's my favourite of the 7 gigs I've been to so far, definitely the most special. I queued for 18 hours outside HMV for my wristband, then took my stuff home, washed and changed, and went to the venue for another 7 hour wait! Was well worth it though, was right by the stage and got LOADS of eye contact with Tori. She also held my hand twice! And I saw her when she came out after the show, and she grabbed my hand. I said thank you, and she look in my eyes and said it back. Also, when she sang Ophelia, she looked right at me for ages while she sang the line "Some girls will get their way..." It's funny, 'cause this song means an awful lot to me, and I told her so in a letter I wrote and gave to her in Birmingham in September. I doubt she put two and two together last night, but it was lovely all the same. Knowing that she sang that line TO me will give me a lot of strength to deal with things in the future.
Sorry, that was long and rambly, I know - I'm all hyped up about it! :)
