sad because my arm hurts, scared because mum and dad had a fight, dad left angry and mum is shouting to much

sometimes they do, they were fighting because of me, its scary to when she shouts i dont know what she may do, i just turned 17

*holds your hand gently* That is scary. Do mom and dad hit you too? I know you've said your brother does. And maybe if you talk to a counselor about this or try family therapy it might help.

im sorry that happended. family therapy might help. im a little tired of it. but it does help. and your brother shouldnt hurt you like that, you dont deserve it.
