Oh, what just came into my mind - you're driving the other way round in England. Can you then only buy cars built there? Or are there e.g. german cars as well, but built so you can use them [but we in Germany not]?

Nah, we can buy any car we want I think, but most model's have the steering wheel put on the correct side when they're built.
