Hi, two of our remote users are experiencing problems with accessing resources via CWA, can you investigate this for me please:
CBS\Martha.Catterall - Martha has been able to access network resources via a batch file which maps a drive letter to server \\hartblafs02 on the CBS domain, but since yesterday this no longer works, it prompts for a user name and password. Martha has tried her CBS user name and password but is unable to connect, although we have been able to access the resource using alternative credentials.
CBS\Victoria.Lancaster - Victoria is experiencing the same problem as Martha when trying to access resources on \\hartblafs01, and is a new user to CWA.
Both users are able to successfully log on to CWA, and can access resources via the links on the CWA web page, but also need to be able to work from mapped drives.
As this is affecting the work that Victoria and Martha can carry out, can you let me know the steps we can take to resolve this issue, or advise whether you are aware of any problems within CWA which may be causing this.
