I was like that before, it was awful, it would take me absolutely ages to get to sleep and when i did it was only light sleep so i would wake up so easily and it was naff... ad these last few months i have been having a good few solid hours sleep... but this week or so i've just been unable to sleep lol!

not much planned so far, I'm childminding, then babysitting in the evening! No plans for the morning yet but I might go to the GP since i realised im due for a polio, diptheria and tetanus booster vaccination. I've already had two last week and a blood test this morning! lol lots of needles, thank god i got over THAT phobia!
