i've just realised that after this week there wont be anymore regular Doctor Who!!! and it will be ages until torchwood is back..... what are we gunna do?????

Oh, to the BBC indeed! *gets pitchforks and torches* Yes, yes, they seem necessary.
There's always the DVDs, books, spin offs, online, etc. :)
There are a new set of Torchwood books out in October-ish time, and I have yet to read any of the Doctor Who books. Plus, there's the DVDs to be realised and and and stuff.
Of course, money might be useful, but shhh. :P

And I'm sorry but I am going to have to prevent you from raiding the BBC.
As much as I would adore endless Dr Who episodes I can't help but think they would run out of ideas and we'd end up with the episode of the giant ladybird of doom.
And if we bring Saturday forward then we have to wait even longer for Christmas...there is a science to it you see. What we do is wait until about March and then launch our attack, keep them until July then we have just have to wait until Christmas and then it will be soon time for the new season.
It does feel like thursday! its lame, I do wish it was friday tomorow...
also there is the clip they are showing at the proms which DT filmed for it cos he's doing hamlet when thats on and there is the Sarah Jane Adventures on in the autumn and there is the classic series.
I think I am going to have to buy a box set thing or episode of the classic series once a month and watch that every saturday instead.

^ Really?! All the times I've compared box sets & buying them individually, box sets have always been cheaper. Also, I tend to buy things like that on Amazon which are often reduced from their RRP price quite a bit.
Oh get amazon prime, it's freakin sweet. Basically £49 a year but you get unlimited next day delivery on everything, well anything that amazon would normnally ship to you with thier free delivery over £15.
But yes, amazon rocks. i know its not about doctor who but well you can buy a lot of cheap doctor who stuff on there :P

its on the bbc website and it has a lot about the doctors past in it. i don't think whats revealed is generally considered to be the real history of the doctor but its still interesting.
season 26 was building up to unravel a lot of the mystery surrounding the doctor, and season 27 was meant to reveal all. lungbarrow pretty much sums up what they were going to do with the doctor if the original run didn't get canceled.

I've found seven out of ten times it's cheaper to get them individually.
but i use Play.com not Amazon, they don't charge for P&P.
