The first person I told said "I'm sorry to hear that darling" but I don't think she knows to the extent of how its affecting me.
The second friend I told... It was a few hours ago. He was great about it. I kept getting stuck for words because my throat kept clogging up cos I thought I was gonna cry but he didn't rush me. He then hugged me and told me the same thing had happened to him when he was little... And some other stuff that no one else knows.
I could tell he was listening though, which was nice.
I don't feel I have to bottle it up now.

It's hard to talk about it.
I've ignored it for six years, I never thought anything was wrong with it... On some levels I knew it was wrong, but it never really dawned on me until I started thinking about it recently for some reason.
I think deep down I knew it was wrong, which is why I'm always so awkward in an intimate situations.

these things are hard to talk about at first. Not sure that they are ever really "easy" to talk about, but they defantly do get a lot easier in time

No, they're never going to be "easy" but you learn to manage your emotions when you do talk about it...
I can do that but I hide my emotions too much.

it's understandable that you'd not like seeing her or being in those places. Mayb etry to remember that she did the bad stuff, that doesn't make you nnor the places bad.
