OK, maybe we have different interpretations of the word. I would describe the company I work for as lacking and poor, and that is pretty much me saying that they're crap. Poor and crap are fairly synonymous in my vocabulary, the only difference being I'd not use the latter in front of my mother. But I apologise, I clearly interpreted it differently to how you meant it.

For the moods, I see little point in discussing them when we know it's something that can't be changed or altered. I'm all for discussing things that can be changed in some way though.
(And the term "flidding" is quite offensive, even when used in a joking manner.)
It was the 'poor' bit that I felt meant crap, or at least 'quite bad'.
And on the flidding issue, I would never of expected it to be actually made a mood, as I know it is not very politically correct. Just like I don't think "sporting an erection" or "sparkling like a cullen" would of made the cut either. I was just messing on.

Regarding RYL I have to admit I would see having a 'flidding' mood as bad as if we had 'spazzer' as a mood.
I will most definitely try to reign in my use of the word 'flidding' when I meet you in real life, but if I'm honest I don't feel the need to censor myself on the internet. If it became an RYL rule that the word 'flidding' was banned I would by all means follow it, but otherwise no. I don't know if it makes me a bad person, but that's just the way I am. I'm not very politically correct. It is always clear from context that I do not actually mean any disrespect to those affected by thalidomide and to me as long as I am not deliberately being cruel, it is the choice of the reader to be offended by it or not.
