I have just been really productive today. The couple of times I got really angry I managed not to cry or shout and instead of allowing myself to get really triggered when I felt it beginning I went to the gym.

Well done!

I started my delivery round thing today and didnt have a panic attack thanks to lovely meds. Oooh and i got free xhips and a coke from the guys in the chippy for delivering to them! YAY!

I went to group therapy today in short sleeves it was the first time i've worn them without covering my arm up or wearing cosmetic cover up

I used my favourite cutting implement NOT for cutting yesterday, I actually used it for what it was designed for.
I did really want to cut, but didn't.

I was quite impressed!
