i thought 8 days was supposed to be lethal.....

anyway, do get some sleep people. i'm off to bed myself, at the early hour of 1:30am, seeing as i accidentally stayed up till 4 yesterday finishing my bio homework and listening to daft punk. mostly the latter, really....

Actually the world record for staying awake was 11 days.
of course by then the young white American thought he was a famous black football player. So it's not good to be awake this long.

4-7am and then 8-10am, my sleep patterns are screwed!

Luckily today I can pick my prescription of antidote stuff up then can go back on my meds that make me drowsy, so decent nights sleep here I come!

A few half hour naps somewhere between 1am and 5am.

I only sleep well at weekends when I'm not on my own, or in my house.

It had to be close to 4 when I drifted off and it was about 7 when I woke up.
gave up trying to sleep and got up at 7.30

Why does childrens television seem like a good thing to watch when your tired?

Last night I had about 7 hours broken sleep, so it was probably more like 4-5 hours. Today I was still really tired but that might be partially because I have a cold.

I watched a programme in psychology about a man who stayed awake continuously for eight days. It wasn't good. He had not even one second of sleep.

If you stay awake non stop then you start to hallucinate every ninety minutes (pattern of REM sleep) but that is literally non stop. Most people, even with insomnia, catch some sleep here and there.

It took me a while to get to sleep last night, but I didn't get up until 9.15

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

2 a.m. till 7 a.m.
I couldn't sleep at all last night, kept rolling around trying to get comfy and as I got up this morning I realised I'd slept on my pen, so now I'm covered in blue dots.

only about 5 hours. I look at the clock it's 2am and the next thing I know it's 7.30
I had a weird dream though, Christmas day had unseaonable warmth- summer heat and people were all in the park, unwrapping presents while they were wearing shorts, tee shirts and having picnics.
bizarre.
