I have no confirmed diagnosis but a few suspections, which are
schizoadepressive disorder
recurrent depression (which is kind of included in the first diagnosis I would think, but well that's not me who wrote all that stuff)
and what struck me when I read the summary of my psychiatrist was
combined personality development disorder with narcisstic, insecure and borderline traits.
I don't actually have a diagnosis... they were going to give me one (anxiety disorders were emntioned a lot) but I got secared of the idea and didn't go back...
I don't have an official diagnosis (that I've been told anyway), but I have an eating disorder (sometimes doctors write anorexia, sometimes bulimia or sometimes just "eating disorder") and anxiety and depression have been suggested.
I'm not too bothered about being diagnosed with anything. Whether I'm being treated for anorexia or bulimia, it seems irrelevant so long as it helps me.
I've been officially diagnosed with severe depression, social anxiety disorder, and OCD.
I also have symptoms of/ been unofficially diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder and an eating disorder.
I didn't say a thing to the psyc I saw, but I think i'm too young to be diagnosed anyway. But my counsellor knows me loads and reckons I may have a personality disorder and Bipolar.

Without the words,
and never stops at all.

unofficial BPD recently (too young to be official, im nearly 17)
in the past: depression, OCD, social anxiety, general anxiety, and some kind of rage disorder!?im not sure.
maybe they just called it rage.
i agree most with bpd because i have quite severe psychosis and dissociation along with mood swings, anger and lack of self control/stable relationships.
'labelling' may be unhealthy but it also does make people take you seriously, especially when you are young.
(Some Dr's have told me I'm Schizophrenic, but I think they must have made a mistake) My new consultant doesn't want to tell me what I'm diagnosed with so I can only go by what I've been told is on my notes from other Dr's and what I've seen written down. I would have preffered to have not known despite the fact I keep asking. Bit confusing but yea.
originally 'Adjustment disorder'(if you're curious). which was complete s*** to me and everyone else but my therapist who was an arse. She claimed it was in response to my grandpa's death even though the symptoms had been presenting for a year and a half prior.
when in hospital got changed to severe depression with 'significant anxiety'.
Depression
PD NOS (this was a counsellor and I was 14 so it can be discounted)
Treatment resistent depression
Mixed anxiety and depression
Depression NOS
Borderline Personality Disorder
Every doctor I have seen has had a different opinion and I have no idea what currently "applies" except for BPD because thats new and even then there wasn't much agreement between the professionals who assessed me. It was a case of psychiatrist's opinion wins out.
Diagnosis can be helpful but often it just serves to be undermining. We are all people first and foremost, not statistics.

i once had that label thrown at me,but even I could read the criteria and know that i didnt meet them for the whole length of time stuff.....needless to say,it was soon dropped as a diagnosis.
Officially, Asperger Syndrome and Clinical Depression.
Unofficially, my psychiatrist thinks I have an anxiety disorder which is caused by aspergers but I told her I didn't want it on my medical records.
When I was 14 a psychiatrist told my mum I was psychotic, but I was never actually diagnosed so I believe they were just making that up to make it look like they were doing their job at putting people on meds!

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
Old diagnoses (at different times/different doctors):
Major Depression
Social Phobia
Generalized anxiety disorder
Bulimia Nervosa
Binge Eating Disorder
Schizoaffective Disorder (why does it seem easier to be told your moods are disordered than your thoughts?)
Current one (which I think is right):
Bipolar Disorder (Type 1)
-I have various unhelpful ways of coping with different episodes as they're not always the same;
I thought I had co-morbid BPD but I've been through some really tough stuff which nobody should have to go through, and I've reacted badly but I saw a consultant psychiatrist whose specialism was BPD and he said I 'just' have a really severe and complex form of bipolar, and luckily I'm being referred to a national bipolar specialist who can try to get me stabilised!
Severe Depression
Anxiety
Agoraphobia
Panic Disorder
Old : bipolar
"Whenever someone sorrows, I do not say, "forget it," or "it will pass," or "it could be worse" -- all of which deny the integrity of the painful experience. But I say, to the contrary, "It is worse than you may allow yourself to think. Delve into the depth. Stay with the feeling. Think of it as a precious source of knowledge and guidance. Then and only then will you be ready to face it and be transformed in the process."
I used to have major depression, but i think im recovered. Im now diagnosed with Borderline personality disorder. another doctor diagnosed me with OCD.
also EDNOS.
