A spider diagram of nice things people have said
a big sign saying i was proud of being a certain amount of time free
something someone said about "victory" haha
November Calender, stickers for free days
Distractions written out, then the massive list thats on here, all neatly folded onto one page (i was so proud of the way i stuck it it in:P like 3 bits of A4 in 3 flaps!)
double page spread- amazing people im lucky to know
Decembers Calender - all nice and clean ready for lots of stickers :P with the 25th box outlined in pinky silver


:D people should try making books, theyre great :)

I keep a book too and I love it. It's like a recovery book with a whole variety of things in there.
I do DBT so I have a folder as well full of helpful things and have to keep a diary of self harm in that.

Im ill at home today so after I have written my English essay I think I should make a book, also cause it's the 1st of December and I want to be free all this month and then see if I can go further :D

Calender - Stickers for every free day
Everyday, or when you feel triggered, write down 5 things that made you happy

Hiya people, I hope the challenge is going well for everyone Make sure you keep each other updated!
I got a simple distraction that I wanna share -

The following content has been hidden - Reason : It might trigger SH, please be careful :)
I pull my hair out which is something I wanna add to the Christmas challenge

I posted a thread about it a while back & someone suggested a way to distract yourself is to rip up peices of paper.
Today I really wanted to do it in class (which I especially hate doing as Im scared someone will notice Im doing it) and I remembered the ripping paper up thing which I hadn't tried before and it really distracted me.
Okay so it did kind of distract me from what I was meant to be learning but I think if I wasn't ripping up the paper I probably would have done it.
So yea thats another distraction
I was tearing up the paper into the smallest possible bits, it was great, although I wouldn't reccommend doing it at school, I don't want your grades going down

I still havent made a book yet but I might start off with making a calender, I think it's such a great idea

I had my arms out today for the first time in abosolutly agesss, I do have scars but I didn't really care today. I only had them out for about 20 mins/half an hour and was kind of hiding them but I feel that was a big step! I definatly wouldn't have got them out if I wasn't doing this challenge cause I think I would have probably cut by now.

How was everyone elses day & how are you all doing with the challenge?

I am currently:

I printed off a calender today. and marked off important dates (Christmas, last day of school..ect.) and i put one big sticker on the bottom to make it colorfull and one for yesterday and today. I'm excited to fill it up. When i get to 6 months, (saturday) i'm gunna fill up the whole box with stickers. :)
i'm so glad were all doing this together
