a dj, probably.
like, a big hotshot one.
or a writer of some sort. but i get bored quickly.
&i only like writing about myself.
so that would probably cause a problem.
I'd like to be a mental health nurse. Well I've got some sort of intelligence, and proper first hand experience with mental health issues. I dont know whether many places would employ me though, because of my scars, and I know that they wont have faded by that time, because of the severity of them.
I'd also like to be a photographer.
Haven't decided which yet.
Wellll if I could choose anything, it'd so be cult leader. But I haven't got the charisma. But I could definitely be crazy enough.
Lots of things interest me. I'd like to do something relating to international development. Not just a "let's save the starving orphans" type thing, but something useful, on an infrastructural level, you know, working on like education and job availability and the establishment and/or improvement of public institutions in places where they ain't got 'em. Y'know. Saintly stuff.
Orrrr it would be cool to be a speech-language pathologist. It's just something that appeals to me.
Because I think it would be rewarding and I could tie in my interest in linguistics and study things that I want to study.
I like research and writing too, so journalism and editing sound cool as well. One of the universities here has a good journalism program and it's kind of a fallback plan for me, though I hear it's kind of tough to get in to, so it's sort of an if-I'm-lucky fallback.
well, i have sown untidy furrows 'cross my soul,
but I am still a coward,
content to see my garden grow so sweet & full
of someone else's flowers.

I'm torn. I'd really like to be a teacher-librarian; don't know if you folks have them in the UK, but we have them here in Canada, and it essentially combines the two jobs I've dreamed about forever. I'm already partway there, since I have a degree in English. Now I just need a B.Ed to teach, and a MLIS to qualify me for library sciences.
On the other hand, I'd really like to get a BSW and do some kind of social work, like counseling.
I get the feeling that I will probably change careers a few times during my lifetime, lol.
A tattoo artist.
A writer.
A piercer.
A psychologist.
A teacher.
"...that incremental suicide of turning your life into a dream, to make being awake as similar to sleep as possible. Drowsily, lazily, dry-mouth your way through the day's ceremonies, fumble your way back into the dew-bather you never really left, draped in brown, brown now all around, the haze!" - Russell Brand on drug addiction.

but, im lame
I want to be a writer and a philosopher. Then my long time dream is also to get to start a safehouse/home for troubled kids, mostly in their teens, so that they'd have a place to go to that would feel like a real home when their own home's ain't doing the job.
