coming home has been difficult. i feel like i have been hit in the face by a brick wall, because all the usual stressors are still here obviously and there is no longer nothing i can do about it, so no use worrying about it.

I'm trying to manage though. I got to go on a run, which I really enjoyed and needed. And I've spent some nice time at home with carer. the time away has helped us both reflect on stuff, and i'm making an effort at self improvement as we've both discussed together.

it's hard but i need to manage. i can't spend my life locked on a ward reading books all my life.

I guess going home will always be hard but it seems like you're doing a good job at finding the positives. I hope you feel more settled soon.

think i'm starting to settle a bit: maybe.

I handled public transport on my own and came up with the idea of making an advanced crisis plan for either too high an emotion and too low an emotion. In addition to trying to figure out markers to use as signs of unwellness. This was thought up at my meeting.

And I'll get a letter for college to help with rearranging assessments.

It's all gravy... in the end.

Thanks for your ongoing support throughout this thread. It helped me navigate this obstacle. xx

Coming out of hospital is weird. You're doing really, really well. An advanced crisis plan sounds like a good idea - it could prove to be really useful in preventing you becoming really unwell again.

Keep talking here if it's helping. It's really good to see the progress that you've made. :)
