Ive been cut free for seven months! I still use other forms of self harm, but im so glad ive broke the cycle of cutting.

last slip up... i reckon..roughly..about 12 minutes ago?

IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF. yeh no. but before that, it was like.. 15 minutes. so i guess its not too bad. SLASH this website has never ****ing helped may as well just handcuff myself somewhere so i cant.

Last time I cut was meh, over 2 years ago. I never keep dates. And I think the last time I purged was a slip up sometime last year in November.
