Yeah you lot are having another one of my updates, how lucky do you all feel :P
Anyways, times have been hard, i've had my ups and my downs, like we all have them pain in the arse downs but hey that's life, am I right?
Anyways, i'll actually get on with the update..
I'm very proud to say that today is my 77th day free from SH of any kind.
With this news I would like to thank you all again for being here for me when I need you to be here for me, each and every one of you are awesome!
I'll shut up talking about myself for now, but thank you to anyone that reads this.

Do you have someone you can talk to about what led you to self harm? You fell off the wagon, but in no way does that mean you have failed. You can get back on the wagon and should be proud of your desire to jump back on wagon and how well you are doing. Don't let this set you back or get you down. Take care.x
