Have dogs, cats, rats, hamsters, tarantulas, bearded dragons, corn snakes, crested geckos, scorpions, beetles, centipedes, snails, horses, cavies, rabbits, degus, budgies, an African pygmy hedgehog and mice. Well, my parents have them, i'm in a no-pet property
If I ever did move to a pet friendly place/brought my own house i'd probably be boring and bring the cats up. If I had transport i'd also look out for a livery yard and bring the 'oss up.
Failing that i'd totally get a skunk. Those smelly, beautiful creatures.
"only music clarifies, reconciles, and consoles.
But it is not a straw just barely clutched at.
It is a faithful friend, protector, and comforter,
and for its sake alone, life in this world is worth living.
Who knows, perhaps in heaven there will be no music.
So let us live on the earth while we still have life" Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky
I reckon they should do kittens and puppies on the NHS. Forget meds and therapy just "An hour a day with the kitten" would work so many wonders for everyone.
Don't be fooled by my smooth skin. The deepest scars are the ones unseen.

Letting it get to you - You know what that's called? Being alive. Best thing there is. Being alive right now that's all that counts. ~ Doctor Who "The Doctors Wife" 06.November.2011
My parents always had boxers dogs when I was growing up, my Mom has a brindle boxer dog now and I'd just love one. They're so funny and a little bit bonkers sometimes but they're so gorgeous I think.
But they are expensive so I'd love a little scruffy male mongrel dog, I'd call him Colin :)
I have a cat called Phoebe and she means the world to me. She is the only thing that keeps me in this world. I would love a dog as I desperattly miss my dogs from when I was younger. I still miss them so much even though it has been 10 years since they died.
My mum used to say that she loved animals more than people and I know what she means now. Phoebe would never hurt me.
I have two cats, as my user name suggests, I love them a lot! lol :) they are like my best little friends, one of them is so attached to me, he follows me around all the time. I have a picture of him tattooed onto my arm too.
I'd love to get a dog, its something i've been thinking about for a long time now, but i wonder how difficult it will be to introduce a puppy to two cats?
