I am currently:

*Hugs*.

im so sorry things are still so hard.

i wish i knew what to say.

im not sure right now but i am thinking of you.

im glad your trying to use your desire to study etc in a positive way to try and help minimise your harming and that.Sounds important.Even if it doesnt always work out.Its good that your trying to use it to help you.

But i think its important that you can talk openly too.Like about what happened at school last week.

Even if its people outside the school you talk to it just sounds really important that you do [and i do understand why you may not be able to talk to people at school obviously if you may get chucked out if they find out some things etc] and that things dont have to be kept secret, you dont have to keep it all to yourself and try and cope with it all alone.

Please hang on in there [remember how much you have come through and you can do this too even if you dont feel like you can right now] and i hope you are as safe as possible.

im thinking of you.

How are things now?

xx

i do not always manage to be around but i wish you all the very best - love and luck to you all!

thank you Kath, and everyone who's replying.
studying was hard today but i did just under an hour. awful, but better than friday.
i told my counsellor B what happened at school. telling her i feel better about being able to maybe not let it happen again, so no one has to find out at school: we talked about how much i was risking by taking blades to school and she reminded me how much i wanted to pass this year. THEN i can do whatever i want. just a few months to go... it's not the best reason to put off SHing, but needs must.
feeling very low and wanting comfort today. will probably go to bed soon so as not to think too much.

I am sorry to hear that you're having such a hard time but you really need to do something to stop the SH. SH doesn't make things better in the long run, I know this (I used to SH daily), and it leaves scars (I have to wear a armwarmer every time I go out in a t-shirt). I have faith in you, I believe that you can pass this year.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
