Leonard John, matt's choice. he lets me name girls as long as he doesn't hate the name and vice versa. to me its old fashioned, but doesn't sound like an incontinent old man.
i love Skye and Summer and Willow, but matt likes short common names. Like Ellie (which i hate), i wouldn't name my child a shortened name, i'd choose elanor or ella and if it came to calling her ellie as a nickname, so be it.

i love noah and joseph but matt's dead set on leonard. and i was trying to think of names where the nickname could be ellie, i came up with:
elanor
elisa
eliza
elison
elouise
ella
he doesn't like any of em. any more suggestions?

I was called Thea for the majority of my younger years, though my full name is Samantha.
My family were foreign and called me Samanthea so there on goes..
I LOVE the names Leo and Ella. I hope you have a gorgeous and healthy baby, and hoping the best for you! xxx
I like names such as
Meadow
Iolantha
Thyme
Patience
Solace
Summer
I think grace makes a good second name, but i don't know. Think if you go through those you like for a first name and agree on that, a second name can often 'flow' from there- y'know, like some just don't sound right together
well we've found out it's a girl and came to a compromise.
matt wants to call her ellie, so we've gone for Ella-Mae as one name, with no middle names. Ellie for short. So i get my 'proper' sounding first name, that's all 'cute, pretty, pink, yuck' (matt's words) and he gets his Ellie! mand x
