Its when you have two teams, two goals, and you have to get the frisbee into the goal (not as easy as it sounds, the goal is just a rectangle marked on the ground). You can't move with the frisbee, and it usually results in people colliding, tackling each other, curling up in a ball with a frisbee in their hands, attacking each other, stealing the frisbee, etc.
