argh bloody student finance people!! My mum and I sent them our proof of identity yesterday and today I got a letter saying they want me to take my passport to get it copied so they have proof of my identity... gah. and thier phone recorded message thing is no help at all!! they suck!

sorry i was no on last night, had so much to do this week.
