Can I hide for a bit?

Just got an email off this guy at work who may or may not like me and it's freaked me out even though he didn't say anything wrong really but it wasn't work related, I thought he'd got the message I wasn't interested but now I don't know and maybe I've given him the wrong idea. I read the email and it made me feel panicky.

So I want to hide somewhere safe right now.
