I'm actually having an ok couple of hours, its a bit weird, feel a bit hyper :s

My day was...okay, my friend took me to town. She told me that the police aren't spying on me, I'm just 'unwell'. It was scary being in town, knowing the police could watch my every move, but she kept assuring me it's in my head.
So now I don't know. I'm so sure they're spying on me, how can I make her understand that it's not in my head?

I don't think anyone can ever understand what its like inside your head, but it sounds like your friend is trying to help. I get scared sometimes when i go to the shops and i think people are watching me, then people say its paranoia. do you have meds or a cpn? when i get those feelings i talk to my cpn, its hard i know *hugs you again cos i think u need lots of hugs* xxx

it so scary when you feel youre being spied on. But youre friend is right. You Should focus on what you know is real things, you can feel, touch and hold, and that other people say is real too.

Problem is, I just moved area so I'm waiting to be transferred to a new 'early intervention' team, and a new CPN. So I have no one to talk to at the moment.
