hi.... anyone around
me been to hospital tonight, had shooting pains in chest and left arm at military fitness so leader said i must go, but i didnt want to, so made someone take me, it was really scary in waiting room loads of people and i was really panicing. i just sprained my bicep muscles, but doctor said i must rest, and cant play french horn for a few days
i'm still shaking from the hospital and it reminded me of a lot of stuff and feeling really freaked out and triggered at the moment.

me do like kittens, but very allergic :(
i cant stop shaking, think i may be breathing too much and my heart rate was 110 at the hospital and still feels really fast.
