everything justs going wrong, I hate having to even leave my room to just go across the road for uni cant do anything, no point me being here, keep getting paranoid that someone is in my room and keep hearing them in my head.

well they sort of know bits and pieces, but am sorting out a personnel learning plan tomorrow, so all staff will know and that should hopefully mean some more support.

That's good. Hopefully that will make things a bit easier. Do you have a mentor at all? I get DSA for my mental health problems and it means I get an academic mentor to help support me. It might be worth looking into if you don't have one already.
