I felt dirty, so I tried to become clean... I drank ALOT of of water in a very short amount of time and now feel really ill... sick and headachey... bit dixxy...
scared may have caused hurt...

had to go into hospital a few months ago after a waterbinge due to hyponatremia and bad stuff I don't want that again

What did they do at the hospital to help it? Would eating something help? Bread or something maybe?

they gave me diuretics and salt tablets, and then I had to go on an IV to get the electrolytes all back to normal...
I don't think eating salt would be a good plan, and have no salt tablets...
I've been good... I've told Jack what I did, so he's keeping an eye on me to make sure all is ok... last time I had cnvulsions and ended up unconscious, so we're thinking it's probably ok for now...
but scared still... stupid water

Sundays are iffy days *nods*
Jack made me ring NHS24, and they got a doctor to call me... I was naughty and I lied to the doctor though and told her I felt ok... I still feel really sick, but the lightheadedness has gone, which has to be good.
I've been told to go to GP this week and get my kidneys tested :(

im glad you rang them :) and part of the light-headedness might have been worry or placebo effect and cos you were looking for it
the kidney test will be worth it to set your mind at rest

ye... well the worry was that water binges can cause hyponatremia which is low sodium levvels and my meds can also cause low sodium... so bad combination
