hey, is that a good thing? lolhe shouldnt be able to make me feel things for him. its not allowed. im happy, finally, he cant come back into my life and change that. i cant let him back in, i wasnt happy, i wasnt safe. but part of me wants to. *sobs and hides under blanket in shame*

there's nothing to feel ashamed about though
if you have feelings for somebody it can be hard to get rid of those feelings, like, ever because you will always remember when you could trust them. that doesnt make you bad at all or mean you deserved any of it
