I too wait until its dark sometimes to walk, I know its hard to motivate yourself but maybe if you have a shower it will help you feel a bit better too? *cuddles carrie*

I know a shower will make me feel better. I'm going to give it a go later.
I was going to try and go for a walk mid afternoon but then realised that the kids are back at school and there are quite a few near me and they will all be going home. Then a little bit later than that, there are loads of people going home from work. I should have got off my lazy behind and gone mid-morning but hey ho.
