It makes me anxious and i get depressed and psychotic when i do it sometimes... and it makes it hard to remember stuff. And I feel dizzy and have trouble interacting with people. They don't notice, but it makes me want to withdraw.

withdrawing is something i know i do automatically. it really bugs others but its a default response and i know that if i rest and find a way to get calm(er) then things shift inside and we/i are more able to function and do things and connect for/with others (external). i see it as a form of self care even if it is seen as antisocial (as its not meant to be)

was told yesterday that someone - not sure who - does really gross things in public and seems to enjoy it :( its sometimes so hard to accept differences :(

I know what you mean about withdrawing. It can often be a very self-preserving and soothing thing to do in times of high distress.
We know what you mean about it being hard to accept differences, we experience that quite a bit...

i actually kinda lied to them. they asked if i had any thoughts of harming myself or others... i said no. :-/

i think probably cuz i was worried what would happen if i told the truth.
they told me "everything is confidental... unless you express a desire to cause harm to yourself or others."
What did that mean? who would they tell?

Most likely they would tell your parents. Depending on how old you are.
If you were over 18 they might section you. How old are you?

WWwwhat is section? i was thinking about calling the back and telling the truth, but if they will do that... (is it put me in hospital?)
i'm not sure if i can do that... maybe i can just wait and tell what is ACTUALLY going on when i am in the appointment on the 18th.

They 'might' put you in hospital.
If they think you are a serious danger to yourself or others it is their responsibility to put you in hospital to keep yourself safe.

but the only reason I want to harm myself is because, well... I am a self-harmer,
and the fact that it helps the voices shut up or at least be quieter for a few minutes.
