- I got accepted into the TC and I'm so excited and hopeful about it. I feel really lucky with my mental health services
- I had a productive day at work
- My stitches and staples are coming out and for the first time ever I'm excited about that. I want to heal.
- Been texting lovely Wife all day and we've planned to have a movie night tonight
- There may be pizza involved

2. I sorted out the paperwork to resume my OU studies in September.

went to the library and shopping even though my anxiety made me want to stay in the car the entire time.
watched a movie with J
had a nap [I have issues with not allowing myself to sleep at not scheduled bed times]
went to bed at a reasonable time last night.
