Flashbacks are very scary, aren't they? And sweetie I know it feels it but you're not dirty one bit. Right now don't tihnk about the police, I'm sure you'll be able to finish everything up with that, but get yourself calm now. Would you like to tell me anymore sweetie?

i panic that if i go to the police and he doesnt get arrested then he will come looking for me.
because it was when i was 15 and im neary 18
i very very scared all time
want to be 7 again
want to not be scared

*nods* I wouldn't like flashbacks wither if I were you. Maybe if you call the police and explain hat you are scared he won't get arrested and will come after you the can give some assitance. Three years isn't that long when it comes to that, don't worry. It's ok to be 7 for a while in here. Would you like to come out of your box for safe cuddles for a bit? Or you'd prefer it in there?
