Had to abandon my book as expected and now reading "You are not a before picture" by Alex Light. It's excellent so far.

Oh I doubt my reviews are much use! And I've started "Fat and Queer" but am not quite into it yet. Also started listening to "Prisoners of Geography"

I've been the only Jenna I know my whole life so I do tend to think I'm the only one :P

I just finished The Lady's Handbook to Her Mysterious Illness by Sarah Ramey. I really loved it because I have a "mysterious" illness and I am subject to misogyny, it offered a very interesting perspective on chronic illness (from a functional medicine perspective) and I just felt very seen!

I'm going to try and do the 52 book challenge this year (more as a guid than a precise goal, it comes with prompts I've been slowly filling in.

Oh goodness that looks like a tricky challenge Lucy! Number 2 is hilarious, 34 is such a barmy category - as if there's a goodreads list for that! Also I think you should up the challenge level and make it a doubly-landlocked country :P
