Yes they are very dark, they scare me , i cant help it, theres more of them inside me, i wish i could get them all out of me for good . And yes they do show pain they scare me never mind you .

I feel lost right now and numb i wish i could get the sh*t out of me. Im scared im gona snap and im scared of doing the mentalisation therapy hoping i can last the 18months therapy.
