i'm sorry everyone seems to be having such a rubbish day :(

i just wondered if anyone is feeling up to it, i need soem advice about phoning my therapist. i wrote what i was thinking of saying here

I don't know what to do about anything anymore. Everything seems so wrong and out of sync. I have stuff to be doing, but I can't motivate myself..... I just lay there and time goes but I don't realise it happening. I went for a walk. It didn't work.

Maybe you could try setting yourself small goals each day to start with, like posting a letter you need to, or doing your laundry. Does anyone know how you feel? maybe write down a list of everything that needs to be done and start doing it slowly, but eventually it'll get done and the more you get done hopefully you might feel a bit brighter :) xx
