I'm scared they hate me because I got upset by what they said and now they probably think I'm stupid and mad and a freak (I think they thought that anyway) and I'm scared of starting CBT and trusting someone new and talking about stuff tomorrow.

And Laura, you are just feeling scared that hate you and think all those nasty things about you now aren't you? I know you feel that way but did anyone actually say anything or you think it might just be some worry. You'll also be ok at CBT, just build up a new trust with the therapist. They said I was greedy because when one of them asked whether anyone wanted to finish their beans I said yes please. I've already been having problems with my eating recently and now I feel even worse. Being greedy is a bad thing which makes me bad which means they must hate me.
I think I probably should go to sleep. I didn't realise the time.

I don't know. I think I'm just feeling very vulnerable today because I talked a bit about stuff earlier and it just made me scared and fragile and so I take things to heart more. They honestly don't like me though - it's not just tonight, but I'm used to it so it doesn't matter. At least they're not nasty, they just ignore me which is better.
