why i no like myself. me meant someone else hate me. she made me hate me but she right and i no like remember. i no talk about it. i pretend it no happen or brush it off. i no want talk about it. me is scared to let her know about me (pixie) too.

Pixie if you go to the session I think you should tell her that you're different from Laura, and Laura should do the same if she shows up. *strokes your hair* Think there's lots of things that are hard to remember and upsetting and that's why you share a body with Laura?

i no know. laura and me no think about it no more but me know it still affect us. it no make sense. i no know. i scared of having think about it all. i prefer pretend it no happen.

me scared tell her about me. but maybe when laura get know her better, maybe she try say.

I think it would be better to get to know her first but someone else should know about you. And when it comes to thinking about scary things I think that's important too in therapy. I think something really scary and painful might've happened to Laura when she was little like you, only she pushes it REALLY far away in her mind so it doesn't make her as sad or scared. We should find out what that is to make you both feel better. *hugs*

The stupid thing is, period isn't even here yet.. but it's on it's way and i've got that horrible twisting, clenching pain of it on it's way if im making sense :/

*cuddles* i know what you mean. Have you tried ibuprofen? And do you have a hot water bottle or a wheat bag you can warm up and put on your tummy?

If your menstrual pains are excruciating before during and after you period Kai you should go to the dr. That might mean there's something wrong or you have some ovarian cysts and you need some medical care for that. *hugs* And I know you don't want to confront things honey but you need to.
