Was just a short story. I gave it 3 stars (liked it).

I’m halfway through this on audiobook and really liking it! Thanks for the recommendation!

My non-audiobook is ‘It’s only blood’ by Anna Dahlqvist

You're welcome, I'm glad you're enjoying it.

Finished Mad Honey - I would say 4 stars. Didn't like the ending.

Now listening to "when you were mine" - Kate Hewitt

I can't even remember the ending of Mad Honey! I forget books quite easily.

Well it was pretty non-memorable! And you do read an awful lot of books.
Have you ever read Lullaby by Leïla Slimani? I remember being so troubled by the ending of it that I nearly pulled over in my car to send an outraged text to the person who’d gifted me the audiobook!!!

I don't think I have read that. Sounds like it's something that I should read then.

If you check the blurb online and don't feel too traumatised just at the notion, I'll post you my copy if you like :)

I thought your copy is an audiobook though? I'll put it on my to read list but don't know when I'll buy it. I kind of want to buy it so I can rant at you for suggesting it when I read the end even if I think it's ok!

Haha, do it!

Also i picked up a real book copy at a charity shop in the hopes of inflicting it on someone at the book swapping book club I used to be a part of, but I don’t go anymore, so you’re welcome to it!

That would be a nice punishment, thank you. I'll PM my address to you and will try to read it close to when it arrives so you're not waiting too long for my outrage.
