I made an appointment to see the Dean of Welfare, because planning suicide during a lecture is a bad thing.

She's just cancelled and not rearranged, there are "crises" in college.

i called out a crisis nurse as i needed someone to talk to this morning. she is going to be bringing me up at a team meeting to see if they can get me some better support.

OK this is wierd!!! I mean really wierd. I made a post about an hour ago congratulating Anna and saying i went for a meal and actually spoke to my family at the table and its gone!!!

So yeah, i went out for a meal tonight with my family. I didnt look em in the eye but i spoke and made a few funnies! Got some laughs too

Today I got up at 8am today and I finished and handed in my final assignment for uni. I now have 4 and a half weeks off.

On Monday I got through a 3 hour training/assessment session for my Volunteer Reading Help thingy, interacting with a small group - big huge deal for me but I was actually ENJOYING it before long! Felt so proud of myself afterwards :) couldn't have done stuff like that a year ago. Then my assertiveness class at college yesterday, when I went bare-armed and thought, let people look if they want :)
