Sherlock: Oh, please. Killing me. That's so two years ago.
I just, I don't know, I thought maybe I would write a bit about the Libby I knew a few years ago. I hear what you say Nil, and I don't want her to be lost, I want people to remember her.
Libby and I first met at a meet, and we'd talked online as we were both going to be in (were in now) a documentary on self harm. That was probably the best meet I'd gone to, and my frist london meet. Libby picked me up and put me on a bin, we tried to set me on fire (not so clever but we were what ... 15?). We met up in london a few times, and came on RYL (typical of us) whilst in london to spam. Like Rosie said, Libby poked people like nothing on earth, I used to call myself the Poking Queen, but really Libby was the all time poking Queen. She had a great sense of humour, and a lot of loyalty. She was probably one of the most loyal people you could meet, I remember her comraderie when I had a falling out with an ex member. She was amazing.
She's not been part of RYL, for quite a while. I wish I knew how she was doing. I wish I knew something, I wish we hadn't lost touch. I really, relaly, really wish we hadn't.
To those of you who knew Libby, huge hugs (even if they do nothing) from me, I'm here if you want to talk about her to someone. Just a pm away.
Having been around since Ruin, i'm as sceptial as anyone when it comes to such matters. But it's Maja who has brought us the sad news, so believe it.
Ah Libby... I wonder if you ever got any better at skateboarding. Or rapping. You were one of the people who made that documentary a classic though, and it was a privilege to meet you. You won't be easily forgotten.
A true loss to a family a circle of friends and a community Libby our thoughts are with you, you're famaily and your firends rest in peace you will be missed.

In a way I am really happy that she wasn't round here over the past few years as it suggests that things were finally going well for her. I hope that she was at peace with herself when she went.
Me too! Does anyone know how she was / what she was up to in the last year or so? *feels terrible for not knowing, sorry.*
I do not mean to be insensitive, or open up a debate, far from it. I knew Libby. She was one of the first people to speak to me on RYL, so no, I don't want to make myself more upset and triggered than I already am uneccesarilly... no offence to Madja, I am afraid I do not know you - but others have said they trust your word... and that is a great thing for anyone to say. I will have to take it in, I guess.
I am sorry you have heard this news and had to pass it on, and if I came across as blunt, or harsh, but I am crashed out and was when I saw it... so wanted a confirm before I let myself be emotional over that as well.
*hugs* Sorry :'(
If the Human brain were so simple that we could understand it, we would be so simple that we wouldn't.
I only met Libby once, but she was so lovely.
She took us all round to her house for some drinks and food because it was too cold outside.
You'll be missed Libby.
I was just thinking about her the other day, and remembering that she just seemed to have disappeared off of the site a few years back.
I'm lost for words. I didn't know her much more than an aquaintace, but I am in shock all the same.
She was a big part of RYL, one of the 'old-schoolers'..
My thoughts and condolences with her friends & family.
