Yippee! I'm so glad for you!

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

I ordered a rail card today, a young persons one.

Now I HAVE to keep getting the train to get the most out of the £24 it cost!

My keyworker has the "brochure" (she likes calling it that because it sounds like I'm going on holiday!) for the cassel, I should get it soon.

Next psych appointment 4th March.

I've read through the cassel patients handbook.

The place itself looks lovely and the bedrooms are huge!

It's just, one of the rules is no smoking and that's kind of freaking me out. I need to be able to smoke when I'm stressed or anxious and trying to quit as well as trying not to self harm or discharge myself will be too much.

Well done for getting this far.
Treat the no smoking rule as another step towards recovery.
