I don't count the days/months. I don't see why anyone would really.
I know the last time I did it was at the start of this year. It wasn't even bad (then again, I never did it bad)
There are days where I feel like utter crap, but I'm human. I can't feel fine every day and I can't feel like crap every day.
I know now that I can go on with my life without hurting myself- I don't even think about doing it. It's not worth it. Never really was :)
