^I've defs RVed over less before, so I agree that it would be a justifiable RV topic.
I just (accidentally!) burnt myself whilst preparing Italian cuisine. An untimely knock to my confidence just days before I attempt to prepare lasagne for Cara and Steph.
Key is to keep checking it(until golden brown, though I'm sure you know this) & be extra careful not to burn yourself while doing so. *cheers you on*
Plus I'm sure both Steph and Cara will be supportive, as they've both been through similar Italian cuisine-related anxiety inducing experiences.
In other news, I'm going to an amazing gelato place with some friends tomorrow, and I can't help but wonder whether my mere presence will bring some misfortune upon our delicious desserts. :S
Thanks for your support at this difficult time Lucy and for your Words Of Wisdom. I'm mostly concerned about the cheese sauce tbh, as it can be a bit hit and miss in my experience.
In fairness, I took the piss so much when Cara had a nervy b over the burnt pizza and I bring it up at any opportunity, so I deserve any mocking I get, should there be a lasagne catastrophe.
I wish you all the best of luck at your gelato outing, maybe take a slice of burnt toast as a sort of talisman against catering misfortune?
P.S. I love that Italian cuisine gets a mention in your RYL profile!
HA! Jenna how did you even notice that stalking skill 10/10

Have a good time Gelatomorrow, I'm sure ice cream won't sorbetray you like that.
Oh god I want to hear you say,
I want to hear you say that you were wrong again
This is the first thing
I have understood:
Time is the echo of an axe
Within a wood.
Unfortunately I know nothing about cheese sauce(I love cheese but am lactose intolerant therefore I go through the struggle of not being able to eat cheese on a daily basis.)
Lol, are you referring to the Cara Allegedly Burnt The Pizza Incident?
Thank you, I will make sure to hide a piece of burnt toast inside my bag and hope for the best.(also, I hear this place I'm going to is brill, apparently they have all sorts of amazing (and innovative, I would say) flavours such as Ferrero Rocher and who-knows-what-else.)
Hehe, I'm glad it brings you joy. Both this thread & Italian cuisine bring me joy as well, hence the mention.
I apologise for my lack of dedication to the Italian Cusine Support Thread. I am truly ashamed and appauled at myself for neglecting it over the past few days. Been busy busy busy.

YOU. Omg. Sortbetray.
QUESTION OF THE DAY: Have any of you ever been to Italy, and if so, how did the cusine shape up?
I've never been but RLY RLY RLY want to. But I've heard the don't even give one about pizza and pasta over there! Please inform me of your experiences.
Hi everybody. Unfortunately Jenna is currently engrossed in some serious lasagne making. I wanted to ask for your guys to post messages and kind words of support as I know that Jenna would appreciate it once she's able to log on for herself.
UPDATE 1: 7:18pm
So far, we have had burnt onions and an ignited glove. I heroically saved Jenna's life by pointing out that her hand was flaming shades of orange. We pasta friends gotta be here for each other.
