We're about to turn it on. I'm only interested in the voting though, because it has numbers. #nerd alert.

Disturbing, the word is disturbing. :P
We will go out to see a movie in a little bit, I will check who won when we get back, but that's about as interested as I get. :P
I have no idea who presents the show on German TV, but I am sure they manged to find someone to make a poor job from it. :P

If I voted, I would vote for Austria. The song was surprisingly catchy and who doesn't love a bearded lady ;)

It's a shame Britain didn't do better, we deserved better than 17th!
Poland got a few votes from people at my party, because boobs!
My personal favourite was Iceland though!

I didn't watch it, but checked out some of the songs on YouTube.
Quite frankly, I think there were quiet a number of songs that were better than Conchita's. Then again, as it's all really subjective I will try not to assume that people just went overboard with being politically correct when voting for her.

I think its more she captured people hearts and attention and admirations (not the right word but close enough). And that we all just didn't vote for our neighbour is a turn up for the books!
And gosh I thought our song (UK) was dreadful :S

That's good points, Lillie, I didn't consider that people have more emotional/personal reasons for voting!
Not sure I've heard the UK one, wasn't impressed with Germany at all.
Like usual. :P
I did like the Netherlands, Ukraine and even Poland, though I watched the music video and I am less than impressed with how boob focused it is. ._.

I don't think I fully understand Eurovision. Why is it never good singers ... like someone famous?
It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go .
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do.
We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us.
We're definitely going to hell ,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell .

*seductively churns butter*
I liked Malta and the Netherlands- though the latter wasnt a 'eurovision' song- hello where was the trapeze/trampoline/circular piano and strobe lighting we all tune in for?
