and your allowed to talk to them if your not suicidal too ?

Suicide threats are against the rules on the forums, Private Messages, Chat. This includes specifics like dates or times. This is because it is unfair if you make a threat to other members of the site and goodbye notes, suicide notes, make it very hard to give support as it implies there is no more option to discuss this.
It is perfectly okay to talk to the Supporters about your feelings surrounding suicidalness.

Ah I see!
The supporters help I must so, As I've been emailing them for like a month or more now, and they have give some pretty food advice and they listen to you well. Ask Sophia, as she answers the emails aswell.
