I tried to get my binder to stretch out by making one of my bigger guy friends wear it for a couple of hours and I think it might have worked a little bit. I got it one size to small and it's hard to breathe with it on, maybe I could trade it for a bigger size or something - or I'll just have to deal with the feeling of being squeezed like a tube of toothpaste.
